  • Insurance benifits verification and patient financial counseling.
  • Patient status(insurance or private pay)and out of pocket costs noted on the schedule.
  • All apointments are confirmed 24 hrs prior.
  • Patients informed of their financial responsibility(how much to bring to the appt.)when the apptment is confirmed.
  • Patient waiting list tracking.

 

Scheduling and Answering Services:

  • All the above services plus messaging service for non-scheduling calls. Messages delivered to the practice via email(non-urgent), Instant Messaging or alternate phone number(i.e. cell phone) (urgent).
